The Digital Active User Growth team is responsible for the growth of customers active online across retail and business banking, across all devices. The online and dormancy role is key to the success of the team. The team is accountable for developing and harnessing the huge opportunity from engaging customers who visit Lloyds Banking Group branches, telephony or direct to site and plays a significant role in creating value for the bank through encouraging our colleagues to have great digital conversations with customers; developing initiatives that support customers and colleagues alike.

They review the registration processes to optimise them, to maximise the number of customers that register online, and remain active.
A critical part of this vision and achieving Lloyds Banking Group's plans will be to understand how to maximise the number of customers that register themselves online, and to encourage the customers to remain active. This role will identify opportunities to maximise the different online registration funnels, and to develop and deliver communications to customers, both online and offline, to encourage the customers to log on a minimum of once every 90 days. You'll be accountable for improving the number of customers registering themselves online, and reducing dormancy, developing the online and dormancy strategy. A key part of the role will be developing functionality that makes a difference to our customers' online banking behaviour.

You'll be a digital professional, an experienced line manager, adept at managing a high performing team, setting stretching objectives, adept at matrix management as well as managing multiple stakeholders. You'll have a strong knowledge of the targets and current performance against those targets across the team, identifying risks and opportunities, representing the team on weekly trading calls, and experience in developing and delivering marketing and functionality initiatives. It's essential the team has robust plans and a roadmap of activity to drive business performance, adapting and improving plans, focusing on achieving results, regardless of setbacks.

You will give clear direction and prioritise resource to deliver high value outcomes. By building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including Customer Insights, Product, Brands & Marketing, User Experience, and Optimisation colleagues, you'll support the development and delivery of the active user growth strategy.

Ultimately, you'll be a proactive, determined individual who promotes the Group values and improves business and team performance, by actively overcoming challenges, simplifying processes and continually innovating.
