Senior National Account Manager - Open to flexibility

Lead with us as a Senior National Account Manager on the Kellogg Sales Team – where we believe in your success.  You'll be able to deliver the targeted Kellogg's KPI's for financial periods and target on input/output KPI's and Internal/External KPI's.  More than that, you'll build a strategic partnership with customers to enable delivery of the Kellogg's plan for the short and long term.


In your role as Senior National Account Manager, you will be part of our success by: 

  • Deliver quarterly and annual internal output targets vs budget 
  • Deliver annual internal input targets (Sales Levers/Fundamentals) - Category Vision, Assortment, Distribution, Price & Pack, Visibility, Promo Plan & Pressure, Activation, Trade Strategy, Supply Chain
  • Develop accurate volume forecasts with the customer and input into KS&OP process to ensure robust forecast accuracy
  • Lead the customer relationship at all levels including the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit
  • Be the voice of the customer internally and champion what's needed to win in the customer
  • Work cross functionally Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Marketing and relevant others internally to develop solutions and create plans to win
  • Ensure all aspects of administration and stewardship internally and with the customer are accurate and timely
  • Leadership and management of the total virtual team including direct and indirect reports


As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:


  • Considerable experience of selling including to national accounts
  • Knowledge of customer relationship-building, JBP development, negotiation skills and people management
  • Ability to work well across functions both internally and externally
  • Strong leadership, winning with customers and driving results skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach and manage both direct and indirect teams


  • People management experience
