We currently have a number of exciting & challenging opportunities for high calibre Finance Managers working in our Consumer Finance Division, which consists of the Group's Asset Finance, Consumer & Commercial Cards, Unsecured Loans and European Retail businesses.

The division was established in September 2013 to bring greater focus to customer needs in these sectors, and has ambitious growth plans endorsed by the LBG Board and underpinned by significant investment.

In the Divisional Balance Sheet Management team, we are recruiting for a Business Partner to play a key role in delivering insightful information around pricing, market risk and funding concepts to senior stakeholders in the division in order to manage risk and optimise returns. You will excel in making complex risk and funding processes accessible to the businesses, able to communicate in a clear and concise way and provide a first class business partnering service to support strategic and commercial decision making. You should be educated to degree level with a relevant finance / treasury qualification gained in a large commercial or financial services organisation.

In the Divisional Finance Control team we have a position for a Finance Manager, a key management role providing assurances as to the validity of financial control processes across Consumer Finance businesses. You will provide professional expertise and input into the development of our Finance Control processes and policies, manage the implementation of Group policies, and drive improvements in our Financial Control process to promote best practice. You are a Finance Professional with experience in a Financial Control environment, able to build relationships and both communicate and influence effectively.
