Communications Officer
Salary Scale: ??24,500 pro rata (??14,700 per annum)
Accountable to: Communications Manager
Hours: 22 hours a week
Contract: 10 month fixed-term contract - secondments considered
Location: Ideally in Liverpool where the rest of the team is in our UK office, but flexible across the UK as the role can be home based if needed

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Officer who is up for this epic challenge! Can you write copy that engages and inspires? Can your words change attitudes and actions? If you come alive working in a fast-paced environment, aren't afraid of a challenge and are skilled in navigating complex relationships, we would love to receive your application. You will be responsible for delivering tactical communications, media and marketing to promote Shared Lives and Homeshare at a national, regional and local level. This is a role where understanding across disciplines is essential to co-ordinate and deliver full communications for the organisation.

You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, creative, effective and accurate press and marketing materials. You will be working with a diverse range of internal clients - an understanding of health and social care would be an advantage.
