Office & Fundraising Co-ordinator - Open to flexible working

35 hours per week, London (Standard hours for Working Families are 0900-1700 with one hour for lunch)

Working Families is the UK’s work life balance charity. We provide advice and support to parents and carers on their rights at work, we work directly with employers on making family friendly workplaces a reality, and we conduct ground-breaking research to make the case for change.

We are now looking to recruit someone to meet this demanding but rewarding position as our Office & Fundraising Co-ordinator.

This challenging and varied role requires excellent organisational and administrative skills. The successful applicant must be a resourceful team player with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and contacts, many of whom will be working a variety of flexible patterns. An ability to relate at all levels is vital.

With proven experience of administration and a strong injection of enthusiasm, you will support the busy team across all areas of the office & fundraising. You will also be expected to be the first point of contact for the organisation as well as administering the organisations database, chase invoices and help pull information together for reports.

Crucially, you’ll want to be part of a small charity with big ambitions to change the world of work.

Please note: Closing date is noon on Thursday 27th April 2017

Interviews will be held on Friday 5th May 2017 and you will be informed as soon as possible after the closing date if you are successful.

Start date: as soon as possible.
