Offering excellent rates of pay based on experience, a friendly office environment with a great team to work and a variety of company benefits; we have a varied and interesting Part Time opportunity for an HR / Admin professional to join our team in Shropham, Attleborough.

Hours comprise of 20 hours per week over a 5 day period with fixed start times to suit the company and candidate. We are flexible with your start time (AM or PM) so long as the hours remain the same each week.

You will need transport to get to our offices in Shropham as we are not on a public transport route.

Role Responsibilities for the HR Administrator:

This busy and varied HR role involves assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions. Duties include:

Maintaining personnel records
Managing Human Resources documents (e.g. employment records, CV's, contracts etc.)
Updating internal databases (i.e. sick and maternity leave)
Sending out staff memos
Report provisions
Communicating with external partners
Acting as the first point of contact for employees on any HR or admin related queries
Proactively managing shared mailboxes
Providing meeting minutes when required
Helping to create presentations for the various company departments
Carrying out general office administrative duties as required

Requirements for the HR Administrator:

Experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar Human Resources role
Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Excellent organisational/admin skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
Strong telephone, email and face to face communication skills
Great people skills - you will have an easy manner with the ability to inspire confidence, as well as trustworthiness and tactfulness
Ability to deal with sometimes complex paperwork and maintain reliable records
Customer service experience is preferable
Good time keeping
