We have available a number of roles for full and part time applicants. The Bracknell HQ offers an onsite show room which is also their staff gym - winning! We welcome candidates who are located in Berkshire/South East as well as London.

The team covers both B2B and B2C clients, it will involve selling, managing inbound enquiries delivering a top notch premium sales service

So we can support the customer experience to its full potential as well as maximising sales opportunities the team will be required to share some weekend and evening shifts to be able to provide customers with a 7 day per week sales service.

So what experience are we looking for?

The role will suit a variety of backgrounds whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start a business career within a leading organisation who will commit to your growth and development. Successful applicants will even benefit from being put through a Level 4 Sales Executive Qualification accredited by the Association of Professional Sales.

Situated within an established and successful Inside Sales Team
Working with commercial clients (corporate offices, private clients etc)
Building and maintaining strong key client relationships
Sell client products and services primarily via the phone and understanding customers needs, offering the best solution for their requirements
Support field sales staff in their sales process with specific references to meeting generation
Work closely with the marketing team, assisting with campaigns as well as working in sync to drive business development
Manage inbound calls whilst creating pro active outbound calls to generate new business opportunities - minimum of 30 calls per day
Manage the profile of clients on the internal CRM system
Managing your own portfolio of clients in a designated region
Generate new meetings for the field sales teamCandidate Requirements

You will be passionate, enthusiastic and reliable as well as ambitious to succeed
To be passionate about the industry would be desirable
To have a degree in a relevant sector for example Business, Sports, Physical Education etc
To have a keen interest in working for a Health and Wellbeing organisation
To be target driven and enjoy working towards KPI's
Be located in the South East and commutable to Bracknell/London Office
