Talent & Development Manager

Liberty HR is delighted to be working with our client to help find a Talent & Development Manager to join their business on a 12-month fixed term contract basis (maternity cover).
As a Talent & Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the people development strategy, as well as talent attraction and management for the business.
You will be experienced in creating recruitment strategies for staff across the business to ensure the best talent is attracted and recruited, whilst taking full ownership of the on-boarding process.
The successful candidate will manage the performance and development plans of employees, to promote high performance and ensure managers are aware of development opportunities available for their employees.
What you'll need;
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
* Experience in advising on a full range of HR practices and employment law issues
* Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
* Organised and meticulous
Our client is offering the flexibility for this role to be either full time or part time (30 hours). You will have the added responsibility for all communication for the business, should this role be taken on a full-time basis.
