Part-Time Employment Solicitor (25 to 30 hours per week), Warwickshire

This is a newly created role, working for a multi-office law firm with a number of locations throughout Coventry and Warwickshire. Working location is flexible and some home-working may also be accommodated.
Suitable candidates will be fully qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives, with a minimum of three years' fee earning experience, running their own caseload of Employment Law matters.
The role will involve dealing with both Claimant and Respondent work (employer and employee claims) including TUPE transfers, disciplinaries, drafting policies, contracts of employment and staff handbooks, drafting settlement agreements
This is a permanent role, working 25-30 hours per week over four or five days. The position is offered with a highly competitive salary and a range of benefits including:
