Part Time Circa. 24 Hours Per Week

12 Month Contract

My client is a manufacturing organisation based in West Lothian. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Quality Administrator to support them on a contract basis estimated to last 12 months.

Responsibilities will include:

Maintain the Quality Management System to meet ISO Standards
Maintain the document control register to ensure all documents are current and have correct approval status and their review date is maintained
Assist with internal audit program
Ensure training matrix is up to date and maintained
Co-ordinate any Regulatory updates as advised
Maintain customer feedback/complaints log and co-ordinate actionsTo be considered for this position, candidates should have the following background and skills:

Previous experience of working in a Quality &/or Technical Document Control Coordinator/Officer/Administrator position.
Experience of maintain QMS systems.
Ideally you will have experience of ISO Standards.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
