The Customer Insights Team is a centre of excellence for analytics delivering deep dive analytics resulting in actionable insight; direct customer interactions; measurement & statistical modelling. This team is at the core of LBG's strategy to become the Best Bank for Customers. In brief, the role is at Manager level working within Interaction Design. ID are responsible for designing initial customer opportunities and subsequent interactions across all product groups and customer contacts through multiple channels. This includes turning plain English requests into audiences and opportunities to meet customer needs through discretionary, service and mandatory contacts; and providing recommendations to stakeholders on potential new contacts.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about data and analytics, has an aptitude for problem solving, and use that approach to provide simple and effective strategic solutions. You must be able to communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a restless curiosity as well as business acumen. The individual must not be afraid to challenge status quo and we actively encourage innovative approaches to the way we do things.

You will have Technical skills which include SQL (ideally Teradata) which is a necessity and excellent numeracy skills. An understanding of statistical methods is an advantage.
