We now have an opportunity for a Business Analyst with great communication skills to join our Delivery Hub team, and to play an involved part in a transformation project. The aim is to bring a bring a single customer perspective to a range of different (and sometimes disparate) systems, and work towards a more cohesive and efficient business processes. It’s a highly collaborative role that will see you work closely with internal stakeholders, third party development partners and external stakeholders. Working in an agile project environment you’ll use process maps, wireframes, user stories and appropriate artefacts to support project success. It’s a varied and dynamic role that will require you to support numerous strands of work at any given time.

The ability to engage effectively with customers to clearly define their business need and then translate this into products / solutions will be vital. You should be able to build rapport with others and bring an inquisitive approach that encourages people to think differently about how they work. You should already have experience in a similar team environment – working in an agile, multidisciplinary and collaborative way. You should have practical experience of different analysis techniques and methodologies such as: Process Modelling, Workshop facilitation and Agile, and your business analysis knowledge should cover: stakeholder engagement; change management; requirements engineering; business architecture, process improvement modelling; and the software development cycle. Specific experience of implementing CRM systems would also be of interest.
