Receptionist & Post Room Assistant, Part-time 18.75 hours/wk

Hours: 18.75 hours (Mon-Fri 9am – 12.45pm)

The face of Kinnerton – in the London office that greets staff and customers in a professional and timely manner ensuring all signing in procedures are adhered to.


  • Greet all visitors and staff with a professional, welcoming and friendly greeting and ensure all signing in procedures are adhered to and the host informed of their arrival
  • Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area at all times
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate person as required.
  • Complete the daily post and courier system daily for UK and overseas
  • Maintain a log of all courier jobs and present for sign off invoices for Office Supervisor/accounts
  • Collect post from central point and distribute daily
  • Support Office Supervisor to comply with Health & Safety and Fire policies and procedures


  • Experience in using all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Professional, friendly disposition
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Able to work without supervision
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Previous Receptionist experience
  • Understanding of booking couriers for UK & overseas
