The minimum criteria
Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA or ACCA) with post qualified experience, or equivalent, or QBE
Skills to set you apart
- Experience of running a client portfolio and managing client relationships
- Supervision and review of juniors and their work, including giving feedback and helping with their development
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines successfully
- Ability to think commercially, set and review job budgets and ensure work is carried out efficiently
- Ability to work with the department management team on issues such as resources planning and improving our tools, processes and efficiencies
