A Purchase Ledger is required to work for a small team in Oxford. As Purchase Ledger you will be doing:

* Administration and reconciliation of monthly merchant accounts finance to pay

* Maintain day books to track credit limits

* Keeping the team up to date on supplier accounts

* Managing petty cash

* Supporting the Finance Administrator

As Purchase Ledger you will have experience, both, with QuickBooks and working in purchase ledger and data entry. It is essential you have VAT knowledge and Payroll experience is desirable.

Further Information

This role is part time, 16hrs a week and is to start ASAP.

This role is also to work from home but you will need to go in for an induction/ handover.
