Are you an experienced Client Coordinator or do you run existing client accounts or portfolios and are looking for a new part time and flexible way to work?

A client of ours is expanding and are looking for someone to come on board and support their clients administratively - working from home, 5 hours a day. The key is you must be good at building rapport with clients and offering them an exemplarary service.

You will -

- Be eager to learn and take on more responsibility

- Have a commercial understanding - of finances, of how clients are invoiced. While the Consultants will sell and bill the clients, you will be responsible for administering some of the financial documents and need to spot if something looks not as it should

- You must be adaptable - each client works slightly differently and you must be able to tweak the way you work to ensure that client is serviced correctly.

- Be able to work independently and use your initiative - you are part of an amazing growing team and will have online calls daily with that team but you are working at home alone and you must be self motivated and be able to use your initiative
