Customer Service Administrator
My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a part time basis working Tuesday & Wednesday 9am to 5pm. To be great in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong customer service background, a drive to deliver results, and going above and beyond for customers.
Precise order capture and conversion to delivery; covering both manual entry and EDI.
Review stock availability to meet orders, identify issues and undertake appropriate actions.
Export & Shipping Documentation
Accurate and timely processing of all credit and debit notes.
Resolve customer queries and respond efficiently to information requests
Building effective relationships with customers and other Tata business functions, principally Commercial Account Managers, Finance and Manufacturing.
Daily contact with Customers & 3rd Party Logistics Suppliers
Monitoring the third party delivery performance process to ensure all agreed criteria is adhered to.To be great at this job you will need:

Computer literate, knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage

Numerate, methodical and detail conscious
Capable of taking ownership of issues and following them through to resolution.
