HR Adviser/Administrator full or part time hours
Location: Home Based
Salary: up to ??20,000
We're looking for a superstar new member to join our growing HR team here at Simpson Millar. This will be a home-based position and we can be flexible on your level of experience. This role would be suitable for a HR Advisor or an experienced HR Administrator looking to move into a HR Advisor role. If you want to join a dynamic and successful team that offers you great flexibility, then this role could be for you!
For us, strong experience of working in HR is more important than formal qualifications however it would be great to hear from candidates who are either CIPD part qualified or interested in working towards their qualification.
The main purpose of this role is to build a positive employee experience by providing a comprehensive, quality service to our clients. You will act as a first point of contact for HR related queries from employees and external partners as well as having the opportunity to get involved and drive larger projects.
There is some administration involved but most of your time will be spent working with, supporting, and talking to your internal stakeholders and colleagues, enabling you to build established working relationships.
