Our client in East Leeds require an experienced Administrator to support their Sales team on a part time 30 hours a week basis. Hours can be flexible with an ideal of Tuesday to Friday however Fridays are essential. There is no flexibility on the 30 hours. In this role as an Administrator, you will play a vital part in the companies Administrative function. You will have Administration experience and be an excellent team player. You will be quick to learn and pick up new systems easily.

Salary - approx ??20,000 for the 30 hours (??25,000 FTE)

Issue internal paperwork such as orders and documentation
Maintain records of stock levels
Documentation for export
issuing quotations both standard and bespoke
Updating databases
Arranging travel if needed
Assisting in general office duties such as post distribution and answering the telephoneHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
