Administration Support/Health and Safety Officer
RECRUITMENTiQ are working in partnership with a construction company that is currently seeking Administration Support/Health & Safety Officer.
Our cleint is a longstanding and growing company based in Ongar, Essex operating across London and the South East. Company work involves the service and repair of main entrance/communal doors and the supply and installation of new doors as well as their automation.
We are looking for a motivated individual with good communication and PC skills who can work on their own initiative and as part of a small team.
A very diverse and varied administration role providing support to the Company's Managing and Operations Directors.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel systems is essential. Experience around Sage Accounts Software would be beneficial.
Successful candidate will be required to converse with the company's clients on a wide range of issues and topics.
A major part of the role will be to ensure that the Company's Health & Safety policy, procedures, and documentation are kept up to date and that required paperwork in this area is regularly updated and provided to our clients as required. Experience in this area is required.
The role will initially be a part time position, although we expect that that this will become a full- time role in due course.
