Digital Marketing Executive

??35,000 basic salary plus package including 32 days' annual leave, discounted gym membership, private healthcare.

Are you an experienced marketing professional with a work history in a recruitment agency environment? Harrison Sands are partnering with an established recruitment agency looking for a Digital Marketing professional to join them in their Huddersfield-based offices. Although this is a full-time role we will consider part-time working options for the right individual (e.g. 4 days per week) which would be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Our client is a respected, professional company with almost 10 years of trading experience within the recruitment industry, a core blue-chip client base, and a national customer coverage supplying from two UK-based offices. Partnering with some of the recruitment industry's leading bodies, this company has achieved year-on-year growth since establishing and has record growth plans set to be achieved over the next 5 years, meaning a lot of potential for growing your own position within the business.

The post of Digital Marketing Executive is a standalone marketing position and will report directly to the Managing Directors. Marketing is something that has previously been handled by the senior management team with occasional outside agency help, therefore as Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for and should have prior experience of writing and creating a general digital marketing strategy as well as specific SEO strategies and CRM contact strategies.

You will be responsible for writing and creating web and social media content, dealing with industry press opportunities, as well as analyzing and measuring all digital marketing activities and campaigns. You will have responsibility for a small marketing budget but this will be for in-house activity rather than marketing or digital agency spend.

In order to apply for this role, you must currently be working in a digital marketing role and have specific experience of working within the recruitment industry at an agency, ideally in a marketing-related capacity. All applicants must be able to evidence marketing-related strategies they have created and rolled out and be able to speak at interviews about the resulting achievement your strategies had on business growth. You should be able to evidence website and social media content and campaigns you have created along with associated company marketing materials.
