Contract: Part-time 3 month contract -  extended contract and increased hours possible depending on performance

Salary: Competitive based on experience

Their intensive research has led to the creation of a revolutionary, science-based test that offers an accurate and insightful view into the true condition of an individual’s health by defining the difference between their chronological and biological age.

We have reached an exciting phase in our journey, and as our Administrative and Client Liaison Assistant, your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding administrative support and client care.

Join us as we move from the lab to the marketplace, as we rebrand, and as we take the steps to launch our first product in the UK.  

What type of person are we looking for?

We are looking for a bright, motivated and health conscious individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  You’ll have solid experience in administration and operations, with a potential flair for sales. Your professionalism, organisation skills, and interpersonal skills will be critical to the success of our London team.  

An intensely customer-focused role, competence for customer service and/or account management with confidence using Google docs and Excel is preferred. You’ll be capable of managing multiple priorities within agreed timescales with excellent attention to detail.

As you articulate at the highest level with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be reporting directly to the CEO, while nurturing and building effective working relationships with both team members and clients.

Your responsibilities will be varied and include:

  • Working closely with and supporting the Research Project team
  • Acting as the key liaison point between UK clients and the company, handling incoming queries/issues
  • Supporting  operations in the delivery of key projects deadlines ahead of our official UK launch including: Providing general administrative and operational assistance as needed
  • Liaising with research participants and managing processes to ensure thorough and consistent collection of samples and data
  • Public and B2B website support: sales and logistic processes

Personality and experience:

  • Great work ethic and attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Confident and comfortable around VIPs
  • At least 3-5 years professional experience working in a similar role
  • Prior startup experience is a plus

Getting to know each other

GlycanAge is a small team, and everyone on the team has to wear a lot of hats. To make sure we are the right fit for you, and vice-versa, this role will start out as a short-term, 3 month position with the potential to grow into a permanent role if we’re both smitten.

Working Hours: Part time with the possibility of moving to full time.
