Head of Business and Administration, Part time 17.5 hours/wk

The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is looking to appoint a part-time Head of Business and Administration. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the post holder will have full responsibility for the business and administrative functions of the organisation to support our development and growth.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, highly organised, individual with excellent and wide-ranging business and administrative management experience preferably in a not-for-profit and/or membership body. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a capacity to manage and develop a range of business functions in a small but highly regarded organisation with a national presence. The post holder will work closely with the Chief Executive to support the delivery of the strategic development of the organisation. 

The post holder will be responsible for the development and ongoing delivery of all business and administrative functions.
