Office Assistant/Receptionist, Part time 25 hours/wk

Would you like to use your excellent administration and receptionist skills to be at the heart of the next chapter in English Heritage's story as we move to our fantastic new London offices?  If so, then join our team as one of two new Office Administrators and become part of a fascinating organisation where no two days are ever the same.

You'll be playing a vital role in the smooth running of our office, providing a warm welcome to colleagues and visitors on reception as well as ensuring that all office administration tasks are completed efficiently.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable and confident in dealing with people from all levels and who can be a real team player. You'll also know how to look for continuous improvement and be willing to help us do things better. Having a positive and proactive approach to work is also a must for this busy role.
