Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £150 per day, based on a full time equivalent of c £32,000
Hours: Flexible, part time, c 3-4 hours each day but will vary across the year
Location: Home based – within reasonable reach of London for meetings
Start Date: May 2021
About the job:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will build strong relationships with our wide range of charity clients and with our own internal team and consultants. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills. The role will suit someone with account or project management experience possibly within an agency or consultancy setting.

Legacy Futures is a fast-growing research and consultancy business specialising in legacy and in-memory giving in the charitable sector. Legacy and in-memory income is an essential source of income for many charities, across many sectors - from cancer research to lifeboats to guide dogs. We work with over 100 well-known British charities and a growing band of Dutch and Australian non-profits, to help them understand and optimise their legacy and in-memory income. Collaboration lies at the heart of our philosophy; it’s the way we manage our client relationships and our teams of multidisciplinary experts.
Who should apply:
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally well organised. Being methodical and having a good attention to detail goes without saying. You will be responsive, agile and commercially minded as there is an opportunity of working on opportunities for new projects that could help our clients. You will enjoy juggling a range of activities with multiple timelines and be able to keep everything on track and all participants updated as and when needed.
You will also be:
- A generous team player
- IT literate and able to manage a home office without hands-on support
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- A natural organiser
And it would be great if:
- You are a natural people person with an empathy for the charity sector
