Change Business Architect,  Fixed Term Contract, Open to Flexibility

Business Architects/Change Managers work throughout Lloyds Banking Group to own the design integrity across a business or a business unit, developing the Target Operating Model (TOM) to align with the business strategy. They also work across large change programmes, taking accountability for ensuring that projects deliver a scope and business solution that is in line with the TOM, the agreed business design principles and other in-flight projects.

We are currently looking for an individual to undertake a role in London. This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2018.

As a Business Architect you will use the insights you gain to shape and align change programmes, govern business design activities, and develop and maintain operating models across the organisation. In addition ensuring that the Group's strategy is delivered cohesively, efficiently and effectively through its business change initiatives, and ultimately improving the way we do business.

To succeed in this role your knowledge will display the following:-

*Demonstrable ability to collaborate with other business areas to plan, execute and deliver the best result for the wider business.
*Strong stakeholder management experience, used to develop lasting relationships across a large organisation.
*Have a proven ability to evaluate and solve complex business problems.
*To be able to present and communicate proposals/ options with clear rationale backed by thorough analysis.
*Provide clear direction and facilitate decision making through thorough presentation of analysis and options.
*Have a broad perspective on business problems that naturally balance customer, colleague, risk and financial impacts.
*Demonstrate a good understanding of the regulatory environment.
*Be a self-starter and take initiative to drive success for your own career and your team.

The likely individual will probably come from a Financial Services or a consultancy background and your title would be Business Architecture Change Manager. You will also have gained considerable experience in a change management environment.
