Senior Sourcing Manager - Divestments & Sourcing Projects, Open to flexibility

At Lloyds Banking Group we're driven by a clear purpose; to Help Britain Prosper. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, business and communities.

Our Group Sourcing function consists of teams of business focused specialists who work collaboratively with business units across the Group to help our business source goods and services in the right way that maximises value for all our customers.

We're currently seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to work within our Customer Products, Marketing and Professional Services team. The team works closely with a number of business areas, sourcing products and services which ultimately form part of an income stream for the Group. You'll be working in a small team managing the sourcing aspects, impacts and deliverables of Group wide programmes that are high profile and critical to the Bank - in relation to major acquisitions, divestments and/or regulatory programmes. Having experience and knowledge of working with these sort of programmes, and the challenges they present from a sourcing perspective is key to this role.

We'll need you to primarily have experience of leading strategy and activity for typical major sourcing programmes and projects, including outsourcing, BPO or ITO initiatives along with project management experience in a sourcing channel. To ensure effective delivery of sourcing programmes, you'll need to be able to effectively identify and manage resource requirements. In addition we'll need you to be comfortable managing and reporting plans and financials, and we'll expect you to lead on the mitigation, reporting and escalation of risks and issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring we meet all audit and compliance requirements.

As a senior leader, you'll need proven experience in taking personal responsibility for relationships with stakeholders, through engaging, building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. You'll need strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to both influence and challenge stakeholders.

It's a great opportunity to be involved in high profile area within the Group, so if you have the skills and experience we need, we'd be keen to hear from you.

Join us and be part of an inclusive, values-led culture focused on making a difference. Whatever your aspiration, you can also expect excellent benefits, personal development and a career that's enriching and full of opportunity

(NB Salary ranges vary with location)

Together we make it possible.
