Senior Manager - Solution Relationship Lead - CIO Advisory, Open to flexibility

To support growth in PoweredIT and ServiceNow, we require a Senior Manager to provide pre-sales support to the KPMG Alliance team. This is a Senior Manager role and has three broad focusses; supporting market facing colleagues to maximise PoweredIT and ServiceNow opportunities, increasing the awareness and adoption of PoweredIT solutions across KPMG and clients and contributing to building the PoweredIT and ServiceNow capability.

Key objectives

  • Using industry and domain knowledge alongside your understanding of the ServiceNow portfolio and KPMG PoweredIT solutions to understand typical client challenges to identify and develop opportunities
  • Work alongside the KPMG Alliance team to develop and grow the KPMG ServiceNow and PoweredIT pipeline, revenues and profitability
  • Apply domain and delivery experience to support opportunity qualification, estimation and solution design
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral including proposals, modelling tools and contribute to thought leadership
  • Work alongside the KPMG capability teams to ensure that KPMG has the appropriate resources and skills to deliver PoweredIT solutions
  • Harvesting approaches and credentials, sharing knowledge, coaching and advising colleagues

Essential

  • Proven business/ relationship development and associated proposal development skills
  • A proven track record in selling and delivering successful ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to define a variety of commercial constructs
  • Extensive experience of providing compelling client proposals
  • Awareness of key industry methodologies, approaches and market trends

Desirable

  • A successful track record of delivering consulting engagements within a market leading client base
  • Experience in one or more of IT Strategy, IT service management, service transition management, business relationship management, operating model design and implementation
  • Working closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between business development and delivery capability
