European Projects Change & Engagement Advisor - 6 Months FTC, Open to flexibility

Kellogg’s is constantly striving to meet the demands of a competitive industry, as well as changing consumer eating habits, and in order to do this, we are going through a significant period of change.  The EPMO People Enablement Team plays a key part in supporting our employees through this change, supporting major European change projects through employee communications, training, change management and consultation support.  This role sits within the Change & Engagement work-stream of the People Enablement team which provides the support; planning and delivery of the ‘people and business readiness’ elements of the people plan.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Managing the Business Contacts programme for all EPMO projects including the identification; designing and delivering of bespoke engagement plans
  • Coaching and advocating a wide range of engagement and communications methods such as Yammer and Skype for Business with project teams; stakeholders and impacted populations
  • Supporting in the design; delivery and maintenance of the change & engagement plan using the EPMO Project Management Framework
  • Support in the planning and executing of project related change activities using the Kellogg Change Framework
  • Maintain critical populations and key stakeholders lists so readily available to the project team
  • Managing the logistics to successfully complete the engagement sessions  required with critical populations
  • Responsible for ensuring all change & engagement outputs are captured / tracked  and shared with key stakeholders
  • Be an advocate and driver of the change tools within the project team
  • Responsible for the management of documentation within the workstream ensuring most recent documents are available as part of the C&E Toolkit
  • Partner with the Capability & Org Design Advisor and Communications Lead to ensure alignment of all activities
  • Maintaining a keen understanding of engagement trends, developments and best practices to ensure best approach is adapted

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

Required:

  • Higher education qualifications – A-Level or equivalent
  • Change management and/or employee engagement experience
  • Project experience
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern change and engagement methodologies and frameworks
  • Ability to facilitate feedback sessions and engagement focus groups
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work flexibly and can respond well to challenging situations

Preferred:

  • University degree or equivalent - desirable.
