Part time HR Manager - 2 days a week, charity sector

Our client in the charity sector is seeking an HR Manager on a part time basis, 2 days a week. Based in the East of London and reporting to the Deputy CEO, the HR Manager will be responsible for all HR activity for the organisation.
Specifically the HR Manager will lead on the people development strategy and manage the HR team, policies and procedures. He/she will lead and advise managers on people development, employee relations, performance management and training. Additionally he/she will lead recruitment and ensure compliance procedures are adhered to. He/she will also work with the Leadership Team on culture, training and development, policy development, implementing change programmes and managing projects.
Candidates will be degree qualified and CIPD qualified to level 5 (minimum) and will be HR generalists with a broad range of experience covering all aspects of the HR mix. Candidates will have HR management experience from a range of businesses ideally with some charity sector experience. They will also bring HR legislation knowledge and best practice skills. Strong IT skills are essential as well as a high level of numeracy and literacy.
