Sourcing / Procurement Manager (non-IT) - Global Investment Bank

• Requires recent blue chip sourcing/procurement experience in real estate and facilities and business travel with experience in professional services desirable
• Responsibility for Sourcing activities across various non-IT expense categories
• Formal expense category planning and participation in a range of expense efficiency initiatives, new purchase projects and contract renewals
• Significant interaction with internal clients and external vendors
• Influencing adoption of appropriate sourcing activities for new initiatives and renewals
• Leading RFPs, internal commercial discussions and external commercial/contractual negotiations
• Working as part of cross-functional teams
• Contributing to initiatives that develop the Sourcing function as a whole

Requires:

• Degree level qualification
• CIPS desirable
• Specific, recent experience of the spend categories listed and an understanding of the current trends within these areas
• Excellent knowledge of the operational, commercial and legal aspects of contracts in the spend categories listed
• Experience of eSourcing systems (e.g. Ariba)
