PCA & Payments are pleased to offer an exciting new opportunity to join a team who play a pivotal role in the delivery of payment products which support the success of our current accounts business. The Debit Card Product Team team have responsibility for the management & development of VISA Debit Cards across Lloyds Banking Group which is Europe's largest VISA Debit issuer.
We are currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of our Debit Card product through the effective management of risk and the delivery of new product enhancements in response to strategic and regulatory drivers.
As well as developing recommendations for product development, you will also need to take into account the strategic, commercial, market and regulatory context. It will involve managing recommendations through governance approvals and their end to end delivery. This requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across a range of functional disciplines and achieve effective solutions quickly and clearly.
The roles can be based from London, Halifax or Leeds.
To succeed in this role your knowledge will display the following:-
- A good understanding of product management and the need to balance commercial imperatives with customer experience and LBG's wider risk appetite
- An unrelenting passion for creating compelling customer propositions and optimising the E2E customer experience
- Ability to shape large scale projects and/or change initiatives
- Strong commercial and analytical mind-set with an ability to develop clear and ambitious plans by cutting through ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to create, nurture and manage relationships with stakeholders across different teams
- A keen interest in the competitor landscape payments
- High degree of self-motivation to drive change, and deliver positive outcomes for the business and customer.
