Receptionist/Administrator, Part Time -25 hours per week - afternoons 12.30pm to 5.30pm

We are looking for a proactive Receptionist/Administrator on a permanent basis to provide a professional, efficient front of house service to the organisation. As a busy membership organisation providing services to colleges in the further education sector, the AoC customer experience is critical to our success.  This role will work as a seamless team of two on part-time, job share basis to ensure the smooth running of AoC’s busy reception desk, coordinate office facilities and provide wider administrative support across the business.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in a similar reception role plus proven office administration skills.  You will always be well presented and friendly, demonstrate a flexible approach to work, with the ability to act upon your own initiative to identify where support is needed and manage tasks with competing deadlines. The ideal candidates will be team workers, take pride in providing an excellent customer experience both to internal colleagues and external customers, be strong multi-taskers and possess the initiative to undertake and complete administrative tasks to a high standard.

Please refer to the job description and person specification for more details about this role.

The avaliable shift is Monday - Friday, 12.30pm – 17:30pm.

Punctuality is key so close proximity to our office in WC1A is favourable.
