This role will help drive bank strategy, derive customer journeys, as well as improve & develop bank propositions so we're looking for someone who is passionate about data/insight, storytelling and visualisation, has an aptitude for problem solving, and uses that approach to provide simple and effective solutions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insight Analyst within our structure based in Bristol. To succeed in this role you'll need to demonstrate a good degree of technical expertise as well as the ability to proactively manage your own time and balance efforts across multiple projects. We're looking for someone that can demonstrate core skills in interpreting numbers into insights, joining the dots between different disciplines to tell impactful stories and presenting in visually compelling ways. You must be able to communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a restless curiosity, we are open to change and actively encourage innovative approaches to the way we do things.

You'll be adept and able to utilise and interpret data and insights to tell a story through innovative and professional visualisations, infographics and other publishable content. You may also have had experience in the publication of such content in innovative ways for executive consumption.

To be successful, you'll also need to demonstrate most of the following:

  • Creating compelling and professional visualisations and presentations
  • Experience using Business Intelligence software (Tableau expertise very desirable) or involved in the implementation of innovative interactive insight solutions
  • Experience interrogating data sets to create actionable insights
  • Tableau expertise would be desirable
