Finance Manager, Open to part time and home working

Overall Job Role:

To ensure the efficient and smooth running of the finance function, including the book keeping and cash flow; using Navision and excel.

  • Process all invoices
  • Quarterly VAT return
  • Monthly Intrastat reporting
  • Proactively manage credit control on a weekly basis
  • Produce Monthly management accounts, P and L and balance sheet.
  • Weekly Cash Flow and bank reconciliations
  • Manage the finance cost base.
  • Process all expenses from the team
  • Answer all finance calls to the office and handle customer queries for both Retailers and Consumers
  • Ensure all incoming payments are processed efficiently (Including Adyen and Cash Receipts).
  • Manage the Company Credit Cards
  • Be aware of the overall cost base of the company and alert the MD of any issues and discrepancies

Reporting into the Managing Director

  • Proactive and service focused
  • Uses their own initiative, self-motivated and can work independently
  • Confident with Excel and able to adapt to new Computer Systems.
  • Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills.
  • Willingness to also be hands on to meet expectations.
