Customer Care Adviser, full time - 9 day fortnight

Temp to Perm

Key responsibilities

  • Managing front line customer care enquiries from Retailers and Customers for UK and Ireland within service level boundaries and ensuring that the resolutions protect the Company and maintain the reputation of the Texaco brand.
  • Handling all customer communications for the UK and Ireland with high levels of accuracy and within deadlines.
  • Compiling communications for the customer extranets and publishing articles to deadlines.
  • Acting as a technical helpdesk for customer extranet enquiries  and handling subscriptions and other general enquiries.

Competencies / Skills/ Education:

  • Excellent customer service skills both verbal and written
  • Some experience in a customer facing role
  • Some experience in an administrative role
  • Good problem solving skills and high levels of attention to detail
  • Good level of academic English required for compiling communications
  • Educated to minimum A Level Standard
  • Excellent skills across all Microsoft packages
