Looking for more than just a creative marketing job? 

And Design are the brains behind innovative consumer brands such as Litecup.com and üutensil.com. We are a small friendly and enthusiastic team based in Putney, SW London. We are now looking for a key new team member. 

We have been working hard to expand our range and develop new ideas, we now need to communicate this to our retailers and customers both in the UK and internationally. The position would suit candidates with significant marketing experience and a keen interest in product innovation and marketing - perhaps even cooking.

This is a new role to help build our portfolio of products and create commercial opportunities. We’d love you to want to see product development through from the first concept ideas and design work, to marketing strategies that bring that product to life for consumers through web, social and media opportunities.You will create a strategy to promote the products and maintain/develop our website and branding, and generate copy for print/web/mailouts. An exciting opportunity to develop your career this is a stand alone role where you will be given freedom to run your own projects but with support from the existing team.

You should:

  • Have superior written and spoken English
  • Happy to create interesting and engaging content  
  • Be comfortable at Events – liaising with distributors, event managers and suppliers. Organise stand logistics and supporting materials. Attend shows with the team to help promote our brands.
  • Have an interest in design led products 

The job will also include

  • Website amends – managing updates to Shopify accounts
  • Amazon advertising (managing bids)
  • Social media: FB, Twitter, Insta, Pinterest + You Tube  - day to day management and community growth
  • Social paid advertising – FB + Twitter
  • Emails – managing Mail Chimp: entering data, managing lists, composing and distributing monthly/quarterly email
  • Blog – writing + uploading to site monthly/when there is news
  • Digital PR + blogger relations

Required skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Word (Mac equivalent)
  • Good grasp of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic web management understanding
  • Social media experience (including You tube)

Desired skills (nice but not dependant on)

  • Active interest in writing and blogging.
  • An interest in film making, photography and motion skills – able to use After Effects, Interest in public speaking and presenting at exhibitions.
  • Event management experience
  • Experience of email distribution software
  • Knowledge of e-commerce providers esp. Shopify

We are a forward thinking bunch, comfortable with flexible and part time working.
