Snr HR Business Partner (3.5 days/week)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in a senior role, on a part-time basis.
This key role is responsible for all People-related aspects of the company. In brief, responsibilities include: defining and managing recruitment, organisational design, environment and culture.
This would suit someone with plenty of experience working in a fast-paced HR environment, working with senior stakeholders, with a passion for creating a great working environment for staff. Would suit an experienced Generalist or someone with senior Talent Acquisition experience.
The role is all about People - highlights of the role include:
Talent Planning: The successful candidate would work with senior leaders and managers to ensure that talent and organisational capability is understood, built, aligned and integrated with the company. Managing senior hire recruitment directly and leading the Resourcing Manager to fulfil all mid-level recruitment (junior hires will be managed by a separate team).
The Working Environment: Manage the facilities budget and team, driving innovative ways to create a great place to work. And developing cost neutral or low cost opportunities for additional services to support staff when they are in work.
Training & Development: Collaborate with managers and the Learning and Development Manager to ensure that training and development plans are in place and aligned to achieving business priorities.
