Order to Cash Front Office Associate - Fixed term contract, Open to flexibility

The OTC FO Associate is responsible for performing activities and tasks within the end to end Order to Cash (OTC) Process.  They are the Single Point of Contact for both internal and external customers for any queries relating to order management, customer service, distribution and finance.   

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? 

  • Liaising directly with customers to manage any OTC related queries including the resolution of alerts generated in Salesforce.Com  (SFDC) and  SAP  - order blocks, delivery blocks, credit hold and other financial alerts.  
  • Direct interface with all relevant internal teams (including Sales, Distribution) for any customer OTC related escalation queries.
  • Responsible for accurate processing of relevant orders (emergency) when needed, to agreed timeframe.
  • Manage any escalated trade deductions with customers.
  • Ensure that outstanding debt is collected within the agreed trading terms.
  • Manage any returns / refusals with customers.
  • Liaison with Back Office Teams
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities with customers and support with relevant customer development opportunities
