Selective Recruitment Group are working with a service provider in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. They are looking for a diligent, resourceful and proactive individual to join their team and provide key administrative support.
Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Administrator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: ??9.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Start date: ASAP
End date: On-going
Working days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 20 hours per week
What will you be doing as a Temporary Part-Time Administrator?
Responding to customers inquiries via telephone or email in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with a variety of third parties and resolve their enquiries
Raise orders, invoices and record details as required
Assist with applications and quotations, escalating any issues as necessary
Take minutes, produce mail merges, carry out filing
Maintain software, update confidential information and ensure high standards
Set up new accounts and perform necessary maintenance as needed and data updates on systems
To provide support and complete other tasks to other teams as required
To be a successful Temporary Part-Time Administrator you will need to:
Experience working as an Administrator - this is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have a methodical and logical approach to work and high levels of attention to detail
Proven experience working on internal systems and databases
IT literate - proficient user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
