Starting Salary

Salary between ??26,873 and ??35,673 per annum dependent on skills and experience, with access to performance related pay, bonus and civil service pension scheme

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) is responsible for protecting workplace pensions in the UK. We work with employers and those running pensions to help people save safely for their retirement.

Role

We're looking for Debt Adviser to deal with the outstanding debt and action the debt recovery processes.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

*

Collection of unpaid levy or fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling.

*

Resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within SLA.

*

Deal with Hardship requests and payment plans.

*

Deal with reviews of cases and any associated write off's..

Essential and Desirable Criteria

*

Knowledge of all aspects of Debt Recovery including court application process

*

Experience of invoicing and banking processes and function

*

Understanding of Pension levies and related pension Acts

*

Sales ledger experience

*

Ability to resolve complicated queries
