Role: Customer Service Advisor in Fraud Operations (full time, permanent, home based)

Contract: Permanent full time

Hours: 35hrs

Location: Swansea and Surrounding areas (remote working)

Salary: ??17,700 (with potential to move to ??19,700 after 12 months in role)

This is a great opportunity to join a leading financial services organisation, helping and supporting customers who find themselves in a potentially frightening situation as a potential victim of fraud.

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who can provide an empathetic approach to what can be a very difficult situation and provide the support and understanding required to bring the call to a resolution. Listening and effective questioning are key, whilst building a great rapport with our customers.

Living in Swansea or the surrounding area, your training will take place in the vibrant offices within the city centre location however the majority of your time will be spent working remotely. You will also be required to attend the offices on an adhoc- basis, as and when required.

Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am -8pm, 7 days a week. We will let you know your working shifts 4 weeks in advance to enable you to have a good work life balance, which includes working just 4 weekend shifts out of 8.

We will provide all the equipment required to perform in your role including a laptop, so we just need you to have a nice quiet place to work.
