Office and Sales Support Administrator for a dynamic content marketing and media sales agency

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our exceptionally talented team.

Sunday is an award-winning content marketing and advertising sales agency based in SE1.

We produce outstanding content and advertising sales revenues for worldwide clients.

Our successful candidate will be a dynamic, multi-talented ‘can do’ team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

The role will be mainly supporting our sales team with administrative support including media monitoring, reporting, liaising with our clients on digital advertising platform management, uploading ads to advertising online platforms, attending client meetings with the commercial director, help in organising careers events and much more. The role is vary varied so flexibility and multi skilling is key.

The role also involves meeting and greeting at our reception desk, answering inbound calls to the agency and general office support.

Ideally the successful candidate will have worked within a sales team or agency before but it’s not essential. Experience of working with Salesforce is also an advantage.
