Part time People Coordinator
Our client is a global consulting based in Central London (west of the city). They are seeking a People Coordinator to join the team on a part time basis to support diversity and women in consulting.
The role will work closely with the manager of the team to coordinate activities to increase awareness and share of women consulting in the region. A key aspect of ths role will be planning the annual conference on a global level including participants, speakers and general management. The role will engage with regional and local HR, Recruiting and Training teams to push for progress on initiatives. The role will also support global, regional and local initiatives as required and collaborate across global, regional and local networks.
Candidates will be degree qualified, ideally with a specialisation in HR management or some HR experience or qualification. He/she will have experience from a large professional services environment, ideally consulting. Candidates will have experience in coordinating activities and event planning (on a global level ideally) and be used to working in a fast paced environment. Strong administration skills as well as excellent IT skills are paramount including Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint as well as very good English language skills, written and spoken. He/she must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, working with people who are remotely working across the business. An interest in diversity and women in the work place is important.
