Within our Insurance business, the Chief Operating Office acts as a 'Centre of Excellence' for change management, data, business analysis and continuous improvement. The team also design and manage Insurance's strategy in partnership with the Group Strategy function.

As Head of Data Analytics and Management, you'll play a critical part in leading the Insurance division's data agenda, working closely with stakeholders across the Group to create alignment.

With proven experience in data management and analytics, you'll be accountable for leading the Insurance Data Programme to establish a future-proofed and regulatory-compliant data operating model, governance approach and infrastructure. You'll be a collaborative thought leader who can inspire the business to explore and maximise the opportunities data presents.

Using your strong people skills and expertise in domains, analytical tools, semantics and modelling techniques, you'll influence Board-level decision making to translate data into commercial outcomes that deliver value to our customers. Experience within an Insurance or FinTech environment would be a bonus.
