Senior Business Architect  - open to flexibility

As a Senior Manager, Business Architect within the Retail Operating Model team, you will be accountable for bringing the Bank's Distribution Strategy to life. You will lead key initiatives - whether in evolving our branch network, or setting up new channels - managing a team to design the target operating model, and shaping the wider commercial case across our products, channels, and brand.

Within this team, you will have a unique opportunity to work directly with Senior Executives and lead stakeholder relationships across the wider Group. You will be in a position to make a tangible impact to the Bank's direction - and work on cutting edge initiatives within the global financial services landscape.

To succeed in this role, your knowledge will display the following:

*Demonstrable leadership of strategy and operating model projects within the financial services industry
*Proven ability at solving complex problems, drawing on a range of tools, and ability to coach others in using these tools
*Ability to lead teams, set direction, and inspire delivery across multiple workstreams
*Very strong communication skills, particularly in engaging senior audiences. Experience in writing Board Papers and make compelling presentations
*Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to articulate the financial impact of given strategic decisions
*Solid understanding of the global Consumer Banking landscape, an ability to articulate the strategic trends, and opportunities for Lloyds Banking Group

If this is the role for you, we'd be looking for you to have a suitable background in Strategy & Operations Consulting with a reputed Management Consultancy, or an in in-house Strategy & Transformation function
