Finance and Accounts Administrator / Manager – Flexible hours and homeworking
Our client is a small but growing payroll company servicing a number of international clients. This well respected global umbrella company is looking for an experienced accounts administrator to liaise with clients and contractors across the world.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to add value by developing and improving processes and systems as well as the basics. The primary tasks are payroll tasks and people liaison tasks. Invoicing is usually on a regular cycle, but there are a number of different clients who run various systems for their invoicing, so an organizational ability sufficient to manage the different systems is essential.
An ability to escalate a problem if it occurs is essential. The role offers a significant degree of flexibility in terms of when tasks are completed within a particular day, with busier times being during the start the invoicing cycle and when payments come in. Systems are already in place for all the regular tasks, including spreadsheet tracking systems, new registrations etc.
- Process payroll, mostly on a monthly basis for a number of freelancer and payroll employees
- Liaise with clients, contractors and brokers
- Invoicing clients
- Creating simple word documents

Salary and exact number of hours negotiable depending on experience and circumstances.
This vacancy is based in London, however, we are open to a discussion around some and/or complete homeworking for the right candidate.
