Business Development Consultant / Manager - Flexible hours and homeworking
Our client is a small but growing international payroll company providing payroll and HR solutions to contractors and freelancers around the world. This exciting role has arisen due to company growth and provides the opportunity to head up the sales function over time.
You must have previous sales experience ideally in a payroll or recruitment environment. The role will initially involve pro-actively sourcing business from recruitment companies and other corporates as well as dealing with channel partners and providing quotes and securing in-bound potential customers. You will also help build the brand so any experience of producing marketing materials will be a bonus.
This role will suit an ambitious and proactive person and offers excellent career prospects that can be tailored to the individuals aspirations in return. The role has enormous scope for the right kind of person. You must have proven sales ability and a desire to help build a business where share options and partnership are easily attainable goals.
Salary and Commission, negotiable depending on experience.
This vacancy is based in London, however, we are open to a discussion around some and/or complete homeworking for the right candidate.
