My client, based on the outskirts of Pulborough are seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their team from June 2021 on a 9 month contract.
Duties for this role are:
* Checking and processing customer invoice and credit note transactions including reconciliations
* Sending sales invoices and statements to customers
* Raising manual invoices to request pro forma payments,
* Raising credit notes in response to customer queries
* Analysing revenue and cost of sales recodes for reporting purposes.
* Complete the daily banking, daily reconciliations, weekly and monthly reporting
* Maintain customer credit limits and payment terms and ensure adherence thereto.
This role requires proven Accounts experience. This role is part time for 20 hours per week- hours and days to be discussed. This role will be a maternity cover contract. Own transport is required due to company location.
