Workplace performance is looking to expand their team. An exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Assistant for the vital role of supporting the analysis of information, auditing and gathering data.

The Workplace performance team assess the performance of the Property and Corporate Services (P&Cs), driving quality, innovation and talent across teams. We ensure teams are delivering distinctive support and solutions that meet and exceed the business need.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in detailing, take pride in their work or findings and is ready to take that first step into a pioneering and motivated team.

Role description

As a senior assistant you will be part of the Workplace performance team, an independent and non-operational team whom are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service are provided across the buildings of the London campus.

As part of this dynamic and highly successful team, you will take ownership of proactively auditing and collecting data from the P&Cs service providers within the London campus. Providing feedback and evidence of all agreed and contractual SLA’s and KPI’s of P&Cs teams (Mitie, Compass, Benugo, Nuffield within others)

You will also collaborate closely with the Workplace analytics team ensuring the accuracy of the data collected.


You will be based at the Deloitte London offices

  • Auditing and monitoring key service providers (cleaning, floor managers or reception) feeding back where they are or are not performing to their SLA’s to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively measuring and benchmarking the quality of the services that are provided and assist with producing a monthly RAG report
  • MI reporting on building performance e.g. issues, actions, suggestions and timescales
  • Working closely with the Workplace Analytics and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the data is consistent
  • Providing regular feedback and follow ups with the Workplace Analytics team in regards to the accuracy of Qlikview
  • Fully understanding the way internal client’s work and gain insight into future requests or requirements that they may have to anticipate clients’ needs. Identifying new ICS service offerings which would be of interest to the clients.
  • Being the key contact for the P&CS service providers in relation to data accuracy, integrity and resolving any issues with data collection
  • Assisting the Workplace Performance Team to audit the success at the end of office/space moves and/or projects and provide feedback and suggestions for improvements

Key skills:

  • Ability to communicate and present data collected
  • Management of supplier relationships and budget is key but not essential
  • Knowledge and awareness of Facility Management is key but not essential
  • Preferable knowledge of 5 star client service
  • Ability to motivate self and others to achieve results at all levels
  • Proven willingness to learn new skills
  • Proven ability to act innovatively and problem solve
